sorry for the blogging hiatus. to be honest it will probably last a couple of more days until AT&T hooks up the internet and cable.
however, just a quick note to let you know that the hill siblings have officially switched houses and i think we are all grateful the move is behind us. my SIL (who recently joined the blogging world) and my brother bought an adorable house. so that allowed their precious old house to be up for grabs! so me & two of my dearest friends snatched it up. meg, my bff, (if i can resort to 7th grade lingo) will not move in until august, but katherine and i are busy unpacking and decorating. it has been really fun.
all in all, the last few months of my life have been all about change. nothing that i know is the same and yet everything is familiar. it's a really weird balance.
a post with pictures of the new house & all the stories that the move encompassed will soon take place, but until then just know that a few days ago a funny man named wayne welcomed us to his hood. let's just say, i'm glad he's my friend.

I meant to tell you....don't talk to strangers. And if you notice a funny burnt smell coming from across the street...it's probably meth cooking.
