today is my SIL's birthday.
amy is a precious human who is also my sister. growing up with three brothers i felt like i missed out on the fun of having a sister and always dreamed of the day i would inherit them via marriage. amy is the first and she makes having a sister as fun as i thought it would be. today we celebrate her.
i am so thankful she was born and so thankful that she fell in love with my brother. their story is adorable and their love is true.
happy, happy birthday SIL. i hope this year is the best yet.

This post is so cute. I grew up being the only girl and I always wanted a sister too. So my only hope, like yours was, is for my brother to marry into a family with lots of siblings. Fingers crossed.
